I am sooooooo excited to introduce my beautiful sister, Louise! She is an amazing person and I am truly lucky to have her in my life. She is a loving mum to her two little ones and a super busy barrister lady specialising in all aspects of the law relating to children. She totally kicks ass! Go Louise! Whoop! xoxoxoxoxo
What’s the best thing about being a mum? Being able to cuddle the two most beautiful children ever to have lived every single day.
How did you feel the moment your son was born? Very peaceful, strangely. I’d just had an emergency c section but I had a firm certainty that all would be well. And it was.
What do you know now that you wish you’d known before you became a mum? That you have virtually no time for yourself when you are a working parent of small children. I’m not complaining but in retrospect I would have cherished that time a bit more when I had it!
What do you do to take care of yourself? Very little if anything.
What holds you back? A lack of confidence at times.
Describe a beautiful moment in your life. Walking through the entirely empty great hall of the Royal Courts of Justice on my own yesterday. Time slowed down for a moment.
What are you grateful for today? Not having too much work to do this evening.
